Standard residential inspections start at $425. Add-on services such as radon, WDO, mold, and sewer scoping are available, with package discounts when bundled with a full inspection. Final pricing depends on property size, age, distance, selected services, and scheduling details. The online scheduler calculates the price before you submit your request.
A standard residential inspection starts at $425 for homes up to 2000 square feet. Larger homes add about $10 per 100 square feet above 2000 square feet. For example, a 3500 square foot home would add $150.
Homes older than 20 years add about $1 for each year over 20. For example, a 75 year old home would add $55. This applies only to home inspections -- not ancillary services.
No travel fee applies within approximately 25 miles. For locations beyond that, the travel fee is $2 per mile beyond the no-travel-fee area. (Radon testing has twice the travel fee since it involves two trips.)
Specialty services like mold, radon, wdo, etc. may be discounted when bundled with a full inspection, usually 20-30%. Final pricing is calculated in the scheduler before the request is submitted.
